Last updated: April 2026
1. Seller
The seller is an individual operating the site on a personal basis. For any purchase-related enquiry, please use the contact form.
- Website: https://www.intuitive-boost.com
- Contact: Contact form
2. Products sold
Products sold are digital content — unlimited, permanent access to interactive "Premium" games hosted on this site. Each unlock is tied to the buyer's account and may not be transferred, resold, or shared.
3. Pricing
All prices are in euros (€), inclusive of all applicable taxes. Each digital content purchase is a one-time payment granting lifetime access to the game in question. No subscription, no automatic renewal.
4. Payment
Payment is processed exclusively via PayPal. Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) are accepted without requiring a PayPal account. Transactions are secured by PayPal's encryption systems. The seller has no access to the buyer's banking details.
5. Delivery
Access to the digital content is activated immediately and automatically upon payment confirmation by PayPal. No delivery time applies.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content where execution has begun with the buyer's prior consent and express waiver of their withdrawal right.
The buyer explicitly consents to this waiver by proceeding with payment, as access to the game is granted immediately upon confirmation.
7. Warranties & liability
The seller undertakes to keep the site accessible and functional to the best of their ability. In the event of prolonged unavailability (more than 30 consecutive days) attributable to the seller, the seller agrees to review any refund request submitted via the contact form.
8. Personal data related to purchases
Data collected during a purchase (email, username, transaction history) is retained for the purpose of managing access rights and potential disputes. It is never shared with third parties, except PayPal for payment processing purposes.
9. Disputes & mediation
In the event of a dispute, we invite you to contact us first via the contact form so we may find an amicable solution. If no resolution is reached, the consumer may refer the matter to a consumer mediator. These T&Cs are governed by French law.
